LOS GATOS, Calif. June 26th 2014 --- HipLink Software, a leading provider of wireless messaging and notification solutions, today announced that Charles K. Dargan II has joined the Board of Directors and is assuming the position of CFO.

Mr. Dargan is the founder and President of CFO911, which helps middle market companies solve their critical accounting, finance and operational issues. As with CFO 911, Mr. Dargan brings a unique depth and breadth of operational and financial experience to HipLink.

Mr. Dargan has a B.A. from Dartmouth, an M.S .and an M.B.A from University of Southern California.
