We use HipLink along with their CAD integration for automated notifications to all our first responders and affiliated agencies such as schools and MCOT. Since we began using it several years ago, we realized the value of it. It is a product we could not do without, and we are continually finding new ways to further use this robust system.

Customer service and technical support at Hiplink is top notch. I work with a lot of vendors on various technical projects and the Hiplink team is above and beyond helpful. We are an office of about 200 employees that communicate with about another 1,000 affiliates of our organization. We were using Pagegate and it was not near the quality of Hiplink. We use this everyday for emergency responders and it just works.

Easy to get started. Any questions I had with the setup were answered with a phone call from support within 1 hour of submitting the request via email. We use this system daily for ease of notifications sent through our CAD system, typically over 300 per day.

The speed at which my staff and I can attend to and resolve technical issues on both the IT and OT side of the fence is directly attributed to the assured delivery of alert notifications that HipLink provides.

My agency loves HipLink! It has the ability to interface with Spillman. Most messages are automatically sent from pre-configured plans. If a manual page is sent, using the command line in CAD makes it very easy for dispatchers to use. The HipLink technical support team is great and I like working with them.
