SAN JOSE, Calif. December 7, 2000 –Datalink.net (NASDAQ: XLNK) today announced that Lucent Technologies has selected its HipLink™ Production Paging/PCS software to provide wireless and email messaging capabilities for Lucent’s OneVision® Network Fault Management (NFM) solution.
HipLink, a wireless messaging solution developed by Cross Communications, a wholly owned subsidiary of Datalink.net, will enable network administrators using OneVision to receive real-time monitoring system status remotely via wireless devices. Using HipLink, network administrators can specify which individuals or groups receive real-time e-mail or paging notification of network status or problems.

HipLink will be included in the delivery media sent to all new customers of Lucent’s OneVision NFM solution.
