Our Mission
For more than 30 years, HipLink has helped organizations close the gap between system events and human response. Founded in 1995, HipLink is a certified woman-owned business building critical communication technology for healthcare, public safety, utilities, enterprise IT, transportation, and other high-stakes environments.
Our Vision
A world where every critical event triggers timely, dependable action — not confusion, delay, or missed communication. HipLink is built to be the communication infrastructure organizations trust when failure is not an option.
Our Story
Built for the Moments That Can't Wait
HipLink was founded to solve a practical problem that still exists today. Systems generate alerts, alarms, and events, but too often those messages do not reliably reach the people responsible for acting on them. Messages go to the wrong person, arrive too late, or disappear into workflows with no visibility into what happened next.
HipLink was built to sit between systems and people — to take events from many sources, apply the right logic, and deliver them through the right channel with visibility, escalation, and control. Over the years, the technology has evolved from paging-era communication to multi-channel alerting across SMS, voice, mobile, desktop, integrations, and audit-ready workflows. The mission has never changed.
Today, HipLink supports organizations that operate in environments where communication failure has real consequences. That includes hospitals, public safety agencies, utilities, enterprise IT teams, transportation organizations, and other operations that depend on timely, reliable response.

WHAT SETS US APART
Critical Communication Built Around Operational Trust
Reliability First
HipLink is built for environments where missed communication has real operational consequences, so reliability is not optional.
Speed With Accountability
Fast delivery matters, but knowing who received it, when they acknowledged, and what happened next matters more.
Integration with Everything
We connect to the systems organizations already use and help make them more actionable and work better, never recommending replacement.
Security by Default
The most granular permissing in the industry, encryption, logging, and audit-ready workflows are foundational to the platform, not add-ons.
Practical Customer Focus
Our roadmap and platform direction are shaped by our customers and their real operational needs across the industries we serve.
Measurable Impact
If it can't be measured — response time, escalation rate, delivery confirmation — it doesn't belong in a critical alerting platform.
Leadership
The Team Behind the Platform
HipLink is led by a team with deep experience in mission-critical communications, product direction, technical operations, customer delivery, and long-term platform strategy.
